Series Scope and Content From the Series:

The documents are arranged alphabetically by performance or program title. The series contains programs, flyers, press releases, photographs, contracts, correspondence, audition information, and newspaper clippings including reviews.

Scope and content From the Collection:

Fliers, brochures, and clippings of marketing materials of studios and distributors of erotic images and products. Entries listed as "studios" were primarily creators, while "distributors" were primarily retailers or resellers. Studios and distributors marketed a variety products including artworks, photographs, moving images, and assorted products.

Subseries Scope and Content From the Sub-Series: This subseries compiles Call's collection of Video-8 and VHS cassettes. The Video-8 cassettes are arranged by call number [#0341-0468] and include Call's Grand Prix master tapes and home movies of his vacations and gay events, mostly in San Francisco. In addition, five of the VHS home movies are arranged by call numbers [#0469-0473], while the remaining VHS are arranged alphabetically by title. Scope and Content From the Series:

The series includes medium format, 120/220 black-and-white negatives and color transparencies. The items in this series were placed in glassine or mailing envelopes and annotated with limited information, such as the names of the models. Some of the events images were published in InTouch magazine. The series also includes color transparencies in envelopes labeled "HIS" [Handsome Is Studio].

Scope and Contents From the Sub-Series:

This series comprises audiocassettes, circa 1970-1980, from Blue Max. The bulk of the audiocassettes is music and recordings used for Blue Max's annual performance, "The Rose of No Man's Land."
